Biography
William (Bill) Gwaltney grew up in Tallahassee, Florida and served in the United States Navy during Desert Shield and Desert Storm before attending Florida State University. At Florida State, Mr. Gwaltney graduated with Honors in Political Science and Criminology before attending Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law, in Macon, Georgia.
